OpendTect is an open source seismic interpretation software system for processing, visualizing and interpreting multi-volume seismic data, and for fast-track development of innovative interpretation tools. Optionally OpendTect can be extended with (closed source) commercial plugins.

    Tree root mapping.
    I am looking for software to produce 3D images from data gathered with a GPR.
    Does anyone have experience with for eksemple OpendTect?
    Or any other software that might do the trick?
    I have a horticultural background and am unexperienced with GPR and 3D software.
    Hope someone finds the time to help me.
